Shipping & Returns
- All standard orders will be delivered within 2-3 workings days (UAE) and 3-7 working days (international).
- Customised orders will be delivered within 10-15 working days (UAE), or 15-20 working days (international). In the case of any delays, customers will be notified via email.
- For shipping orders placed within UAE / international theres a shipping fee per item which will be calculated upon finalising your purchase.
At the moment we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you
purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us via
email with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the
product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Given the above, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return- if defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately in the rare event that the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
